Aromatherapy for Healer Self-Care
Florian Birkmayer MD

10am – 5pm
One Circle Wellness Center, NYC
“Healer, heal thyself.”
This ancient admonition is more relevant than ever to today’s healers, who face multiple stressors. In this workshop we will explore how select essential oils can be used to restore and balance ourselves, clear our healing spaces and reinspire ourselves, so we can be the best we can be, for ourselves and our clients. We will also explore the archetype of the wounded healer and how to relate to it in a healthy, balanced way. Open to healers of all traditions.
Florian Birkmayer MD is a holistic psychiatrist and the founder of The Birkmayer Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
